Horrible "bed side manners!" Very little compassion for grieving families looking for answers to important questions and options. First thing he said when he came into the room was "I won't keep you long....". What? We were there to talk to you. This was a vital appointment for our family and we wanted your time and we very much deserved it. So to make us feel as if you didn't have time for us was very unprofessional. Very abrasive personality and inconsistent from one appt. to another!

Both my husband and I were not happy at all with Dr. Garcia. He talked more about how wonderful Cleveland Clinic is, and asked us repeatedly why we didn't go there prior to going to our local hospital. We still gave him a chance and returned for a second visit. He never sent any of the information that he said he would to our local hospital. He was inconsistent in terms of what he had said to us about treatment in the first appointment (apparently not looking at the patient chart). He rushed us
