Dr. Jorge Casas-Ganem, MD

I have been under his care a number of years. He cares enough about his patients to listen to your personal needs. He is then able to combine them with your medical care.

This week, I was referred to Dr. Casas-Ganen about an issue is having with my hip. As we were from out of town, he agreed to work me into his busy schedule the following day! I was very impressed with his staff... all were very kind and professional! Dr. Casas addressed the problem I was having and why I was having it in a way that I could understand it. He immediately set up a procedure to alleviate my severe pain. He also set up a follow-up appointment to see how I was doing. I was very impressed with Dr. Casas and highly recommend him to others!

A friend recommenced Dr. Casas when my previous doctor switched to treating the hand or arm. Having been a Customer Service Supervisor before, I was impressed with the entire team. Dr. Casas and every member of his team were very professional and friendly. Dr. Casas really listens to you.

I live in a neighboring state and I had already undergone two surgeries to remove and treat a severely infected artificial hip. Unsure if my leg could be saved, I was referred to Dr. Casas. He took my case and I am so grateful. I credit him with saving my leg and perhaps my life. Dr. Casas is knowledgeable and professional and kind and caring. I am up and walking now and remain in his care. At the appropriate time he will replace my interim hip with a permanent appliance. I would highly recommend this wonderful doctor to anyone.

It was a follow up with hopefully minor but unresolved issues. I feel like I’m in good capable hands with everyone in the Dallas sarcoma office. Dr Casas is very experienced and caring and kind.

I had to go through three surgeons to finally get my left hip replaced thanks to Dr. Cassa and his super Surgical Nurse Reed. A real dynamic dual team! They responded to my problem 7 days a week.

I came to Dr Casas after having surgery by another physician. He agreed to accept my case and I've had excellent care the last 4 years that I've been going to him. He always has time to answer questions and explains everything in detail. I would recommend my family members to him along with anyone else needing medical care.

I am a patient of Dr Jones. We took all the time I needed to explain everything to me. Hevpresented all my options clearly and honestly. He is very personable and easy to trust. He always answered all my questions in terms I understood. Dr Jones nurse was familiar with my case, very proffesional and attentive. The front office staff is very polite and helpful. They were most expedient in moving patients back to see the staff. They always returned my office calls in a very short time. They are effecient, professional, polite. Doctor Jones scheduler/coordinators were very helpful,professional and effient as well. They are very familiar with the area and took the time to help me get across the street to Med City. I guess that pretty much says it all. If you want all the attributes as abovde, look no further. Parking is ample and close to the front door, and the e!evator opens up but a few feet to the office.

I have been a patient of Dr Casas since 2012. I've always been treated well. I had not been in the office since 2018. I made an appointment to have my left knee checked on February 12th. The change was quite dramatic . 100% improvement over the other times I've been there

Dr. Casas has treated my 16 year old with a fractured femur due to bone metasteses from a neuroendocrine cancer. He takes his time to explain things clearly, listen to our concerns, answer our questions. His staff is courteous and professional. We usually don't have a long wait. We have only had one visit with a longer than 20 minute wait in the waiting room. I highly recommend him.

I went in for a lump in my leg, they were very quick to Set up appointments to get a diagnosis and surgery there after. I would recommend this office to anyone. I am very pleased with the service I received.

He is knowledge and well versed in his decisions. He has an open mind to alternates. A very skillful surgeon and a Doctor's doctor meaning that if a Doctor finds himself out of league about your condition, he will refer you to Dr. Casas for a solution.

Phenomenal Physician! He listens, he cares, he’s knowledgeable, and has a wonderful bedside manner!!! He’s everything you want in a health care provider and more.

Dr. Jorge Casas-Ganem, MD was wonderful especially for people with HME. He listened to me and heard what I said and then he helped me with my symptoms. He did not dismiss my concerns like so many other orthopedic doctors before. I would recommend him to anyone with serious bone issues.

My father, age 91, and I consulted with Dr. Casas regarding his hip pain. Dr. Casas was very attentive to hearing about his pain and difficulty. He made recommendations as to how to proceed and sent his notes to my father’s three physicians. Dr. Casas was very good at explaining his understanding or my father’s condition.

Dr Casas was easy to talk to about my hip pain. He understood the problem very quickly and seemed an expert at reading my MRI quickly. I am very glad that I was referred to him.

Dr. Casas is the best doctor I ever have in a long time. He gave me plenty of time to address all the concerns I have and is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would very much recommend Dr Casas
