Jordan was very much keeping calm & collected in the face of her finding her patient totally distracted, irritated, agitated, & thrown completely off (even if it was for understandable reasons). While she was meeting me for first time & had no clear understanding what happened & why I was reacting how I was etc she treated me professionally, appropriately, kindly, & even directly & assertively in a couple instances that warranted it. I liked that even though it may not have always been clear

Dr. Tichenor is caring, patient when listening to my list of concerns and thorough. Her office followed up with me all along the way. I have recommended her several times to friends and family. The rest of team at her office are wonderful, too. Very welcoming and kind. The office space is nice and new.
