Dr. Teitelbaum was not helpful at all. I made a appointment for a problem from a previous surgery I had, and was looking for some help. The doctor seemed to have no interest in helping me as soon as he walked in the room. He was only interested in getting a partial endoscope procedure in and billing me for a full procedure. I was not happy about getting a $500.00 bill for 15 min, but I would have felt better if the Dr. at least made an effort to care or help. I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt I needed to in this case.

Horrible experience. If you go see him, don't, but if you do, make sure to ASK ABOUT THE CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING. This guy charged me to breathe in his office. He seems so nice on the surface, but don't be fooled into thinking he cares about you, he's 100% there for your checkbook, not the Hippocratic Oath. The Woman from the billing department either hates her life, or wants you to hate yours. Either way, this was a miserable experience, and I recommend you go ANYWHERE ELSE!

WHAT A SCAM
Dr. Teitelbaum seems like such a nice guy on the surface. Come to find out I've been scammed out of $400 for a 30 second scope I didn't want, need, or ask for. Don't let him fool you, he's a wolf in sheep's clothing.When I contacted the super friendly billing department (this is of course sarcastic, this woman was the epitome of everything wrong with customer service), they told me to quit complaining and pay up. Go anywhere else.

After being diagnosed by Dr. Teitelbaum with a rare condition which he can not treat, and referred to a specialist, he asked if he could look up my nose because he was curious what he could see. I agreed, thinking I may be helping him to learn something for future patients. He billed over $400 dollars for the procedure. I asked him to change the bill and he refused. I feel like he took advangtage of my good intentions and I will not return or recommend him.

Dr. Teitelbaum is a very personable and friendly doctor! After multiple attempts to make my chronic ENT issue resolve, I finally had to resort to surgery. Dr. Teitelbaum is seriously an amazing doctor and will work with you to make sure you feel better and resolve yours-he doesn't rush and listens!

Bad experience
Dr. Teitelbaum's audiologist completely misdiagnosed my hearing as later confirmed by another audiologist. As well, Dr. Teitelbaum offered no support whatsoever after informing me that I had tinnitus. He just wasn't interested in offering any help or suggestions. Terrible experience.

Huge Help with Sinuses
I have seen Dr. Teitelbaum a few times now. After having recurring sinus infections following COVID and running out of other treatment options, I finally booked an appointment with an ENT, Dr. Teitelbaum. From the first meeting he listened to my concerns, suggested some possible issues, and then confirmed them with a CT scan. He also performed a series of necessary surgeries to resolve the issue within 2 months of my first visit. I was incredibly happy with how the procedures went and have been breathing better than ever before. Dr. Teitelbaum was very good about checking in to make sure I was feeling better and adjusted my treatment as necessary. He also talked me through everything he was doing in detail which is fascinating to me personally and also beneficial in terms of understanding my care. I would definitely recommend him to others as both doctor and surgeon.

Top Notch
Doctor Teitelbaum is a fantastic provider! Very knowledgeable and thorough but also listens to patients. Does not treat and street but takes time with each patient making them feel heard. I highly recommend him and know that you’ll be very happy if you see him. Office staff very friendly and professional. Not a long wait time. They have offices throughout the suburbs. A wonderful young doctor!

Competent, professional, prudent
I have a few ENT issues that could require surgery. My first encounter with dr. Teitelbaum, recommended by my primary care physician, was very efficient. Dr. Teitelbaum answered all my questions and recommended a cautios approach to my issues, rather than surgery. I would highly recommend dr. Teitelbaum!
