Dr. Taillon is very nice, takes his time with you, explains things in terms that are not always medical terms. I'm very happy to have him as one of my doctors. Just wish ALL doctors were more like him.

I am a men 65 years old, and I was a pulmonologist patient for eight years in NJ. I had a TB disease in the past and now I have difficulty breathing and lack of air at night in my lungs, constant cough, and asthma. When I moved to FL, I chose a pulmonologist Jordan Taillon at the address 5216 Clayton Court Fort Myers office, and was surprised by this doctor's attitude towards me. After listening me just 5 minutes, he immediately said: it's not to me, you probably have asthma, I'm a pulmonologist, I'm a pulmonologist! The truth, he sent me to take a blood test for allergens and Cat scan(CT). I was wondering why he had on his medical areas of Expertise: Asthma, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),Lung cancer, Lung disease. Does this list of diseases and problems not belong to the field of pulmonologist??? So I went to a pulmonologist for eight years in NJ for nothing? I left the office in a terrible filling from, what I heard from the doctor, from whom I was waiting for help, but

I have been treated to emphysema for over 20 years by 3 or 4 doctors during that time (in another state). They have prescribed very costly inhalers which would put me in the "doughnut" hole by June. Dr. Taillon reviewed my test results and said I have never has emphysema! I am no longer on the inhaler and feel really good! I did check with my previous primary physician and he agreed that Dr Taillon was correct.
