Never took the time to explain much of anything, very short with any conversation, didn't listen to our concerns or needs and never took us seriously. It was next to impossible to get any referrals from him, and he took his time in deciding what steps to take next, while often making our situation worse because he did not want to listen to us. Over a year, he's seen our child ONCE, and did everything, including prescribing medications for a disease he isn't qualified to treat, over the phone.
