Dr. Guse treated my mother at St. Vincent hospital. He was very friendly, informative and personable. Wonderful doctor!

I saw Dr. Guse while a patient at St. Vincent. He is not a good listener and has already made a decision on treatment plan.. Lab test and scans were order and I questioned him regarding the results , and He responded that the test were normal. He is a very poor communicator. He is a physician that I do not trust his judgement

Seemed disinterested & made me feel like he " had better things to do." Lacked the ability to convey confidence & trust in his medical decisions.

Not thorough when looking back on medical history and very rushed when seeing you. Did not take medical concerns seriously.
