Dr. Jordan Gibbon, DPM

I have been to Dr Gibbon several times. My experience is that he is very kind and compassionate. Never rushes visits and seems to really care about patients. He is very professional and thorough in the exam and communications. I would highly recommend him.

This review is not about the service received from Dr. Gibbon. Our last appt went very well and he is a great doctor. My review is about the 5 min late policy. I took my 85 year old mother to her appointment and arrived 7 minutes late. I was told about the 5 min late policy for the first time at the counter on this visit. I asked what this meant and they said that means we cannot keep our appt today and we now have to go back into the rotation for the next appt. All of this for 2 minutes that they could not take into consideration for an elderly patient. I understand policies and the importance of these in a busy practice but common courtesy and consideration for the circumstance is also important for your patients. I own my own business so taking time to assist my mother on appts can be difficult and it is also hard for my mother to get out especially in this cold weather. Being told the appt is off for 2 min was a very unpleasant surprise.

I never could get in to see to doctor gibbon I rescheduled twice.. especially when I'm in pain I drove over an hr away ... I do not recommend coming here... They don't even give u a chance especially when u r late .... So don't go here... I walked outside and I cried....

The visit overall started off normal. We talked about my issues and he listened with intent. When I took my socks and shoes off to show him my feet he was very thorough with his exam. He even went as far as checking the taste of my toes. He said the salt to sweat ratio was adequate and I didn't have anything to worry about. I really enjoyed how far he went to ensure my health.
