Dr. Jordan Fried, DMD

The staff is very polite and helpful and while Dr. Fried is personable, he is not transparent and will take excessive amounts of X-rays so he can put more $ in his pocket. He took TWO cone beams in a matter of six months and TWO panoramic X-rays in under 2 years with no rational (except that my insurance changed so the clock restarted) that’s how he got away with it. What was also shocking is he met with me and I specifically asked what to expect that day and he refrained from telling me he would be doing these two x-rays again. Before I knew it, the staff put me under the machine and started the x-rays. No other procedures were done, and I was given a huge bill on my way out. My insurance company was outraged that he had taken these two x-rays again in a short period of time, but he knew he could get away with it through a different carrier. If he had been transparent and told me he was doing these x-rays again that day I would have refused. Unfortunately he was manipulative.

This office incorrectly billed a medical procedure as dental, and charged me for a consultation that should have been covered. I called them back that afternoon after speaking with my insurance provider to confirm they had billed me incorrectly. The staff insulted me and my spouse on the phone, as if we should be aware of their billing errors. Despite this, they have refused to refund me or correct the billing, and have effectively ghosted me. Cruel, unprofessional behavior, and Jordan Fried is not a doctor I’d recommend unless you like being treated dismissively both medically and financially. I waited months before posting this review to offer numerous opportunities for them to fix this, but it’s clear they will not.

We had a nightmare experience. My daughter came out of surgery hysterically crying. She told me that she had been crying in severe pain the entire time, and that no one helped her. She was traumatized. She also had complications with her recovery, which took a lot longer than normal.

Dr Fried and his staff were friendly, professional and helpful during our initial visit. It is not easy to get an elderly parent to out for appointments and they helped immensely. Dr Fried completed the work needed, when the initial appointment was only for a consult, so we wouldnt have to make a 2nd trip. the office is beautiful and clean. I highly recommend!

Dr. Jordan Fried did an excellent job with my wisdom teeth extraction (all four). Great dental office and great staff that together contributed to make the entire process very easy. Wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appointment scheduling, insurance billing, and of course the anesthesia and procedure itself - went off very smoothly. I would unequivocally recommend Dr. Jordan Fried for any of your oral surgery needs!!

I got my wisdom teeth taken out and everything went so smoothly. The first day I was in a little bit of pain but that is expected. After the first day I was in zero pain. He did a great job with everything between the surgery and checking up on me later that night.
