Dr Crocker has always listened to my issues and has been proactive with helping to figure out what is going on. She is compassionate and understanding. Her office staff is also very helpful and always nice.

I first made an appointment to see Dr. Jordan Crocker at Grandview Medical Group because I had had a sudden medical episode that sent me to the ER.  On my first visit, Dr. Crocker appeared to understand my concerns, she suggested some possible reasons for my incident and did some blood work. I was later informed that my blood work was all normal. On my follow-up visit, however, things seemed very different.  I expected to have more follow-up blood work since it had been several months.  First, Dr. Crocker casually informed me some of my original blood work WAS actually abnormal, but she didn't want to re-check it.  (The abnormal blood work could possibly have explained my medical episode.)  Then she stated that she didn't want to do anymore follow-up blood work for several more months. Finally, she stated that my medical episode was just a fluke and probably would never happen again. She basically wasn't going to investigate it any further. New patient and the address provided to me via email and their website is not correct. The office acknowledged that the address takes you to a subdivision. They will not inform you before hand though. The receptionist gave me a random Subway address to use. That also was not correct and took me in a circle. Instead of redirecting me to the office they cancel my appointment. This was a total waste of miles and gas...an hour that I can’t get back. I see why her appointment calendar is open. Please find someone else and don’t waste your time.

Beware of Dr. Crocker’s 5-minute late policy! I was turned away as a new patient for being 8 minutes late, though this policy was never shared in advance of the appointment.
