I had a wonderful experience with Dr Burlen and his staff. I was greeted by registration and they walked me to where I needed to go, the nurses got me ready for my procedure answered any questions I had. Dr Burlen came in and was so kind and answered all my questions and took time with me. I was very impressed with him and will see him in 6 months for another procedure. I am thankful he is at OSU and would highly recommend him!

Terrible care
Dr Burlen provided terrible care. Not only are the waits astonishing unreasonable, but his staff is no better. In addition, he canceled an appointment made months ago and decided I couldn’t get in for any other three months after the initial time that was scheduled. Why should I have to wait any longer in pain because something came up on his end? Overall, it was just terrible patient care and he holds no regard for patients care or wellbeing.
