Everything you could ask for
I’ve been Dr. Steckel’s patient for a number of years. He’s the urologist my doctors go to themselves and with very good reason. I reached out to him yesterday for help and although he was not working in the office, he quickly ordered tests for me. He is a wonderfully efficient intelligent caregiver who gets great results and can be counted on when you need him.

Absolutely Wonderful
Dr. Steckel saved me from getting an invasive, unnecessary test as a young person. He treated my grandfather so I knew I had to go to him. He is warm, kind, and explains everything so you can understand. He is one of the good ones: with excellent bedside manner and a knowledgable doctor. They don't make doctors like Dr. Steckel anymore. Thank you for everything. Highly, highly recommend.

Just a followup to my prior review. When Dr. orders tests at other locations, he calls your personally with results. NOTE: If you need to make an appt. call his secretary directly, for if you call the number given, it's a 6 month waiting list, for he's worth the wait, unless he wants to see you sooner, which you will be given an appt

I was fortunate enough to see Dr Steckle today. I consulted with him regarding my elevated PSA. He is well educated, professional and caring. His years of experience create a foundation of trust. I left the visit relieved and hopeful. I too am a health care provider. Takes a lot to impress me. I am more than impressed.

I was referred to Dr. Steckel because I had Kidney Cancer. He explained my options and patiently answered all our many questions. He removed my kidney which complete removed the cancer. He was available during my recovery in both the hospital and when I came home to answer questions and deal with any issues that arose. He’s absolutely the best and I highly recommend him.

I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in March of 2018. Today my PSA is untraceable. I cant thank him enough for the treatment regimen and compassion he has shown to me and my family. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Steckel was recommended to me by my ENT doctor and a dentist who is one of his patients, so I'm a new patient. As per my first visit I observed that Dr. Steckel immediately generates a positive rapport with his patients. He is elegant, eloquent, and efficient in his testing regimen and diagnosis. He provided a timely follow-up for lab results. I would recommend him to any family member or my best friend because as a doctor he will be yours.

I needed an emergency Lupron injection for reasons that are the lengthy to describe, Dr. Steckel not only provided the injection but did so in a timely and efficient. Considering the situation I was in I consider the actions of Dr, Steckel not only compationate but fitting to the highest standards of the medical profession for such a situation.

Ten years ago on 3/17/06 Dr. Steckel operated on my cancerous prostate. Today ten years later I am a healthy sixty nine year old man. To say that I a lot to Dr. Steckel would be a big understatement. Thanks Doc.
