needed a Rx refilled

This office doesn’t care about you or the Coronavirus pandemic. Find another doctor’s office. This office won’t treat you as a person. You’re nothing more than.....well, you’re nothing. The staff sits around twiddling their thumbs with an empty waiting room. Patients appear to be turned a way especially on Friday afternoons when they have appointments for the sole reason the staff would like to go home. The doctor would fix this rudeness if she cared, maybe. Or her gatekeepers are good at that part of their job and she doesn’t know. Find another practice if you want to trust your doctor will be their for you when you need them and have taken the time to schedule an appointment months in advance. I was left after a three month wait for an appointment to wait another three months to get an appointment somewhere else. Run...fast and far. I’m intentionally, offensively, and rudely left without a primary care doctor during a pandemic. Who cares though, not this practice.

Awful. Rude, offensive, and disrespectful of my time as a patient, however the office does care immensely about their time. Poorly run business practice. There are no exceptions or human consideration other than the doctors and office staff needs. Will not be going back.
