Dr. Jonathan Song, MD

Unprofessional. Didn’t allow questions. Interrupted. Didn’t explain well before procedure. Overall not happy and not returning. Do not recommend.

Dr. Song yelled at us in his office because we didn’t want to see an NP instead of him. He got into my mom's face, an 83 year old woman, and scolded her. He stated that if we ever came back to his office, my mom’s provider would be the same NP, and no one else. We asked if there were different NPs we could see. He said, yes there are others, but you will only get to see her. He then proceeded to push surgery after I told him that my mom has had several blood clots in her lungs and can’t be taken off blood thinners. I told him several times that we were there for conservative measures/pain management. Regardless, as if I would allow such an unprofessional doctor who can't manage his temper operate on my mom. The funniest part is he disagreed with the procedure his NP had recommended to us.

I was in a lot of pain. He went way too fast for me. He did not take the time to get to know me

Dr. Song always listens to your concerns!! He is always willing to help!! He is amazing and is up to date with new procedures!!

I finally have a doctor who has physically examined me and listens to everything and explains things I can understand. He doesn't have a problem to take the time to explain things in non medical terms so I can fully understand.

Dr. Song really takes the time to hear what you have to say. He aims to find remedy to the pain that interferes with a normal living style. He explains what is causing the pain, actually shows you a diagram, then projects a plan to radicate the source of pain, eradicate or ease it to being tolerable. He has an easy going Very likable personality. He is sharp and very personable. I have Never met a Pain Management Doctor like him before. He is so reliable and confident in his work. He has made me comfortable and assured that he will work with me until the correct results are found. My whole family Loves him, and so do I! Thank you Dr. Song!!

Dr. Song has is just amazing! Listened to my mom’s concerns and came up with a great treatment plan.

Dr. Song was very professional yet approachable. He took his time during my appointment to understand my needs and concerns and was clear with his patient education. He made me feel heard and hopeful. It seems his approach is to understand the root cause of pain and to treat accordingly instead of “slapping on a bandaid” providing a quick yet temporary fix. I greatly appreciate this about him and feel optimistic moving forward as a patient under his care. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Song was very approachable and friendly, going to the point and offer assistance in any of my needs.

As a healthcare worker myself, I know how patients should be treated. Dr. Song can be being nice, caring, and smart but from my experience with him, his character is not up to my expectations and I felt deceived by him.

Dr Song is very professional. He listens to his patients and addresses their concerns. He is up to date on the patient's medical records before each appointment. I would recommend him to anyone dealing with pain management.

Such a great doctor. He was very attractive to everything my dad had to say and still to this day continues to take great care of my dad. I definitely recommend doctor Song.

Dr.Song has treated me for lower back pain on 9/28/2022.before I walked out of his office I could feel that the injections I received were really reliving me of my pain. I highly recommend Dr.Song for being such a wonderful person and very caring. He is very professional at his talents.
