I have seen Dr. Scarff since he transferred to the Spartanburg VA OPC, several years ago. I am blessed to have him treating my condition. Dr. Scarff listens well to what is going on with me at the time. He is never judgmental or not willing to discuss whatever topic I need to talk about. He works diligently in monitoring my meds, coordinates with my primary doctor and pharmacy to make sure my medications from both providers work well with each other without any problems. HE IS THE BEST!!
