Awesome experience
It was my first time that I was at the his office. All the people that worked at the office was very polite and helpful and Dr. Polak didn't rush me at all. He listened everything that I had to say and helped me to understand the issues that I had. Thank you

Wonderful at listening to patients
I found him to be companionate, thorough, and kind. He does not push medications and really listens to concerns.

The BEST!
Dr. Polak is one of those rare breed of doctors, who really listens to you. He takes time to talk to you about your concerns. He really cares about his patients, and goes the extra mile. I am so glad I found him!

A terrible doctor. Offered me no help and referred me to others. Been taking medication for nerve damage for over ten years from diabetes and won’t renew it. Won’t give me steroids to help my spin that is crushing my nerves so that I can move my leg. Nope. Would rather have a voodoo doctor. Also told me growing old is not for sissies
