In the hospital
Dr Nava dealt with me in a nice and understanding way. He even advised an out of town family member of my situation at my request. He was patient and kind talking to me and very realistically told me my best options. I thought he was wonderful and I’m so disappointed he can’t be my regular doctor!

Awful Experience-Avoid, Avoid, Avoid
We had a terrible experience with Dr. Nava. His bedside manner is cold and unwilling to collaborate. He wanted to wash his hands of our 'old lady' as he described her. Dr. Nava was NOT willing to help us to get a diagnosis and we had to fight daily to get him to run tests He said 'this is a family matter' on multiple occasions and just wanted her out of his care; he even YELLED at us (seriously) and said some really ugly things that should never be said to a family. We know that his assessment was 100% wrong as confirmed by autopsy. I would never see this doctor.

TERRIBLE DOCTOR
Dr Nava is disrespectful, rude, and arrogant. He did not care to get the history of the patient he was dealing with and told me to leave the doctoring to him when in fact I know more about the patient’s condition than him. He is a terrible doctor in all regards.

Worst doctor I have ever interacted with
Didn't even read my chart before he started telling me I needed tests we had already done a week prior and trying to change my medications while Googling them because they were outside of his scope of practice. Dangerous doctor.

This doctor has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen in my life. He doesn't listen to the patients needs at all. He is rude and doesn't have the patients best interest at heart. As a medical professional my self I have never seen a doctor be so disrespectful at a patients bedside.
