Just amazing!
Absolutely amazing at what he does. I am a nurse that worked with Dr. Melgar at Carson Tahoe and I am sad he quit, we miss you so much! Come back!

Simply the best!
Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have met this doctor! Have been seeing many doctors for several years that couldn't figure out my underlying condition, literally after he reviewed my file and ordered a blood test off of suspicion he nailed my diagnosis and finally getting the right treatment and feeling better 100%! Short answer: He's one of the best hospital based doctors ever!

Dr. Malger truly is a blessing to my family and myself. My mother was admitted and crashed overnight. He was not even my mother's Doctor in the hospital and was able to figure out what was going on to bring her back to life within minutes. Within 5 min, Dr. Melgar was able to re-start my mothers heart and keep her alive to this day. Truley one of the most amazing physicians I have ever met. Wish he had outpatient practice. A+++

Dr. Melgar is one of the most comprehensive and compassionate doctors I've met. He takes his name and explains everything to the T . I highly reccomend him . God bless you Dr.Melgar
