Dr. Ligh did a few operations on my niece’s eye. He destroyed my niece’s eyesight.

I consulted Dr. Ligh one time, and absolutely would never return again. It is possible that Dr. Ligh is intelligent, and the information he gave me may have been correct. But his communication style, as well as that of his staff, was verbally abusive. I was conflicted the entire appointment as to whether I should run out of there, or stay because I was so glad to finally have the free time for an appointment. I looked into reporting him, but ultimately I decided to spend my precious time collecting my medical records because I knew I would never return. In one word, I'd call his office "ghetto".
