Very caring, knowledgeable and attentive
After years of suffering and struggling with a multitude of chronic ailments, he was able to finally put all the pieces together to give my daughter a diagnosis. It was a relief to hear and finally have answers and a plan! He was upfront that he will not have all the answers, but he will be there with us each step of the way. We felt heard, cared about, supported, and encouraged! After years of suffering, we feel like we’re on a good path! We did not feel at all rushed, he took the time to ask and answer questions, made us feel welcomed and supported, and he has such a warm and caring personality. I’m thankful to have found him and we will happily recommend him to others!

I have gone to the same clinic for arthritis treatment for 25 years. My doctor left the practice (Mana) and Dr Kruger refused to see me. I am taking several medications and I was left with no doctor or no help for my continued care. Some of my medications cannot be stopped without serious health consequences. That was not a concern for Dr Kruger. He sent me to a pain clinic. I don't need pain medication...I need a doctor that treats arthritis...which is what a rheumatologist does. This entire experience has been very stressful which has added to my symptoms and caused increased anxiety. I can't get my medications that I have taken for the past 25 years refilled. I am 70 years old and disabled. I was left with no doctor and no suggestions as to why Dr Kruger won't see me or any suggestions for another rheumatologist.

Seemed to be dismissive
Didn't seem to listen very well at least the two times I saw Dr. Kruger. Didn't listen when I tried to explain that I could have psoriatic arthritis. Said I had dry skin even though I had been treated with methotrexatesodium. Had to remove space because it said methotrexatesodium is brand name even though google says it's the generic name.....

Sharp as a Tack!
Dr. Kruger figured out exactly what was going on with my health relatively quickly. This was something other doctors and specialists had been unable to do for years! I can't thank him enough. Highly recommend this guy!

Chronic Pain Looking for Dx
First appointment. Looking for a diagnosis due to abnormal labs. Am a medical professional so was shocked at how much time he spent with my husband and I. Actually taking notes, asking what we thought, doing a physical exam, reassuring us. Never disregarding my concerns, always providing more information. Ordered appropriate tests, will follow up in 2 weeks for results. I am still just shocked with how long the visit was. How pleasant he was. Even asking my husband if there were any symptoms maybe I had forgotten to mention. Definitely a 5 star physician so far. I told my husband he was too nice and informative to be real! Just kidding. Definitely would recommend.

Front desk was nice and polite. Took payment from me of over $300 went back and didn't even really get examined and told people get pain and its normal or maybe it is anxiety. My physician referred me there with obvious blood test results to be evaluated with him. I have moved on to another doctor and now finally getting the care I need.

Dr. Kruger gave me a thorough examination. He seemed knowlegible about my RA symptoms, but like most doctors I have seen, he knew very little about chronic fatigue syndrome ( for which there is no Known treatment) and openly admitted this. Never the less he tried to treat the symptoms and when he felt that he could not treat the disorder admitted so, and suggested I see a neurologist. As he admitted it was his "hail Mary pass", he seemed as frustrated as I was that he had no effective treatment.

The office staff was friendly & kind. Dr. Kruger seemed amiable at first, but then focused on just one of my collection of symptoms, dismissing the major symptom that prompted my primary doctor to send me to a rheumatologist in the first place. With instructions to return in 3 months, he turned & walked out the door while I was still asking a question. When I was called with a test result, I had questions about it & was told I would get a call back. Two weeks later, I have yet to hear anything.

First time I met with Dr. Kruger he spent a good deal of time explaining the illness and the type of program I should be on. With some of the excellent explanations, I was able to move past some of my apprehensions regarding treatment options. He did not make me feel rushed to get through the appointment nor rushed to make a decision on treatment.

I drove across town with my 4 children. Looked at my clock in the car as I got out 2:17pm. Good....I'll be on time I thought for my 2:20pm appointment. Signed in with the front desk, filled out a brief one page paper. Baby started crying, quickly went to change the diaper, took me at most 5 minutes. Walked in, office manager came out and said Sorry, you'll have to re-schedule you're late. I was in shock. She said each patient only gets 20 minutes. I said he's in it for the money

In my first visit, Dr. Kruger made me feel very comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative about my RA condition, without being too technical. He really helped me to understand the disease, the medication I would be prescribed, and the next steps. He did not rush through our appointment either. I felt very well cared for by Dr. Kruger.
