Questionable billing practices and not Plastic Sur
I am a physician with more than 40 years of experience and want to expose Dr Higgins. His training is in Vascular Surgery and performing procedures at Magical Plastic Surgery in Orlando, even his training is in Vascular Surgery, NOT Plastic. The facility is very nice but appears as upfront for questionable billing practices. They bill for procedures weeks before the procedure date and continue billing even after the procedure was canceled. I have contacted them several times for 3 months but the billing to my credit card continues to be deducted. I don't recommend this office or Dr. Higgins for questionable billing practices. Not a Plastic Surgeon, Not ethical

Dr. Higgins is an awesome Doctor I would highly recommend him. He has a great bed side manor... he provided my spouse with details of the procedure showing photos of the before and after while I was still in recovery. Dr Higgins was very knowledgeable about his plan of action which led to a success of the procedure.
