I went to Dr. Grady's office on July 1st with excruciating pain in both eyes. Dr. Grady and his staff were very caring. It ended up being bacteria ulcer / infection. He gave me a prescription and continued to meet with me at his office every day to monitor my eyes. He took time out of his busy 4th of July weekend to make sure my eyes were ok. He is still monitoring them and they are much better. Dr. Grady and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

He is a very caring and competent eye specialist. Wait times are a bit long but that is probably because he is so popular. Front office did a good job with insurance and are friendly.

Dr Grady is awesome. He is kind and caring and was especially patient with my 4 year old daughter. It is with deep regret that I had to change Drs. due to the fact that the front office personnel are not good at scheduling patients. If your appointment is scheduled for 10 am, you might as well show up at 11 am. Cindy is very rude so I would suggest requesting to speak to someone else. If you do get through the front office waiting room, Dr Grady will definitely provide you with excellent care

Had surgery on both eyes, I had the multi- focal lenses implanted in my eyes. I was very nervous going into to surgery. He talked me through the whole procedure before and during surgery. Very professional , knowledgeable and thorough ! Took the time to discuss my questions and address my concerns. My left eye always had terrible vision, after the surgery my vision in my left eye was 20/50 ( the best vision of my 57 years ) Dr Grady was not satisfied, did free lasik. Left 20/30 right eye 20/20 !

Dr. Grady is professional and friendly with an excellent doctor?s bedside manner. The excellent eye care and the personable manner I experienced from Dr. Grady and his staff and their ability to better correct my vision far outweigh having a newer facility with more sophisticated instruments. I have never before left an ophthalmologist?s office looking forward to my next visit.
