He is very professional, kind, and above all, he listens attentively & patiently explains medical conditions & procedures. Great bed side manner. My impression of him & his staff on a first visit was excellent.

Lack of care for patience
My mother has been driving over an hour each visit (so 2 hours drive time total there and back) and Dr. Ginns has not even had the courtesy to see her himself as he’s been too busy to attend to her for her scheduled appointments. If it was a mild concern, it wouldn’t be a huge deal but considering she had 3 major issues occurring simultaneously, it was completely disheartening to see the lack of care and compassion for his patient. This isn’t cheap either, so to be billed for not even seeing the doctor that was supposed to discuss your health concerns with and instead being read the same information already known from a screen is honestly disrespectful. A bit envious of the individuals leaving great reviews, I wish my mother could have had the same experience. I love her and I’m scared for her health so to see her be disregarded in this manner truly makes me sad and disappointed in this facility.

Dr Ginns and I teleconferenced and he took all the time we needed including showing me and explaining in detail my scan video and test results. We discussed current symptoms, and he made suggestions for change in meds. It was so comprehensive and relaxed it felt like a home visit with the family doctor. He’s awesome!

Extremely thorough and attentive - never felt like he was in a rush to move on. Great at listening to my symptoms and then had a great ability to articulate, both technically and in plain English, his thoughts and explaining why/how things happen. Highly recommend.
