Excellent carr
I had to wait a little but the care I receive from Dr. Donaldson makes up for the wait. He is always kind and supportive. Very helpful and listens to me and answers all of my questions.

Charleston's World Class Doctor
Dr Donaldson is First Class, he explains everything and walks me through any questions I have and then shows that he Truly Cares and that whatever needs to be addressed that he is there for me. I will definitly be connecting him with friends of mine that may have issues in His Profession.

As always Dr. Donaldson listened intently to my symptoms and concerns and carefully laid out my options of treatment and even anticipated my costs. He further suggested a backup plan after I voiced what I wanted to try for treating my problem.

Best Doctor Ever
Everytime I visit Dr. Donaldson's office the staff is always polite, helpful and very thorough from check-in to check-out. Dr. Donaldson is an awesome doctor and always addresses any concerns and questions with kindness and care! I was referred to him and have referred him to another close family member of mine. Best Dr. Ever!

I had a kidney stone. Dr Donaldson did emergency surgery. When I came to at 9PM, Dr Donaldson was bedside with a comforting smile on his face. I can’t thank him enough for such excellent patient care!! What a fantastic doctor! !There is no other compassionate doctor in the entire Lowcountry!!!! Thank you!!!

Excellent
His kindness and wonderful bedside manner. He took time to listen and his focus was on the patient. He didn't make you feel rushed or like you were just a number. In today's world where service, professionalism, and genuine concern for the patient and helping them have been hard to find, it is not true in Dr Donaldson or his staff. I would highly recommend him to others.

Dr. Donaldson always takes his time to explain medical diagnoses and treatments. I never feel like I’m just a number and he needs to move on to the next patient! He is very patient and comforting and takes his time and makes sure I understand what is happening to my body.
