Dr. Burton did a great job removing my wisdom teeth.

Rude doctor that doesn’t want to hear anything from you the patient- just wants to hear himself talk. He obviously doesn’t understand basic health conditions and how they may or may not impact oral surgery. If you have a question and can even get a word in edgewise don’t expect an answer because you won’t get one. We should have left after first five minutes not sure why we stayed as long as we did. Other staff friendly and helpful but definitely wouldn’t allow the dr to do any procedure on myself or any of my family.

I've had a need for Dr. Burton's services twice now, 2 years apart. He's excellent, tender to the touch with all the work he has to do in your mouth, thorough, willingly answers any and all questions you feel necessary to ask (no matter how personal it may sound), and is reasonably priced (not cheap, but comparable to other folks in his field). I'd highly recommend to anyone needing his services to go to him. (Although not dealing with his professional expertise, he's a VERY nice looking man)

I called to say that my son was going to be 5 minutes late because he was having tire trouble. They called me right back and said the doctor wouldn’t see him. This was of course after they were paid $2,500 for teeth removal. We will not be returning or recommending him to anyone and will be notifying our dentist that referred us. I would understand if he was going to be over 15 minutes late but being 5 minutes late to me doesn’t seem enough to warrant that behavior.

Office staff told me they would not need to have consultation and could take out wisdom tooth the same day if we had a copy of X-ray. I told them who the dentist that performed X-ray and office staff said they would request copy of X-ray. We arrive today with a consultation fee, more X-ray and no wisdom tooth extracted. So now they are charging a consultation fee that they said we didn’t have to have and a charge for X-ray, because they did not get the XRay

This entire staff including Dr. Burton was absolutely horrible!!! They were rude, hateful, disrespectful, extremely unprofessional, and downright mean! He made fun of the fun of my medical conditions. He bashed me for not getting my wisdom teeth out when I was younger. He barely answered my questions. I was very uncomfortable. He also bashed my dentist in front of me. I refused to go there. When I called them to cancel my appointment the lady I was talking to hung up on me. HORRIBLE experience!!

I recently had 2 basic extractions and 1 impacted wisdom tooth removed. From the moment I entered the office for my consultation I felt comfortable. The staff is so kind and caring and Dr. Burton obviously knows his stuff. The day of the surgery went smoothly. I typically have anxiety about medical issues, even just exams, but I felt pretty good the whole time. Also, Dr. Burton is AMAZING at inserting the IV. Barely felt it! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Dr. Burton and his staff were very friendly. He and his assistant both frequently checked to see if I was still comfortable and pain free during the procedure. His assistant was very informative before and after the procedure, and she was very sweet! Also there was no unnecessary wait time at all. I will recommend this doctor and facility to others! Thank you Dr. Burton and staff for making me feel comfortable before, during and after having my wisdom teeth extracted.

Everyone in the office, minus the Dr, was very friendly and professional. However, I found Dr. Burton to be very rude. I have moderate dental anxiety which became a full blown panic attack in part due to the way he spoke to me. I was told my tooth could not be pulled without being fully sedated because,as he explained it, the decay had changed the composition of the tooth and it will not numb. 4 months later, Dr. Gustav did it with no issues at all. None. The entire experience was so much better
