Have had a great experience with my son who has a peanut allergy and currently undergoing OIT - pleasant, caring staff. Dr. Bell is very kind and knowledgeable - my son also really likes him which is a bonus!

None of the negative comments I see on this site make any sense to me. I have seen Dr. Bell and the staff there for over 20 years. I have been in that office literally over 200 times. I would highly recommend Dr. Bell. He is thorough, thoughtful, and an expert. If you have allergies, you could not be in better hands.

We have had an excellent experience with Dr. Bell. We switched to him from our previous allergist due to his extensive knowledge about food allergies, and his ability to communicate the entire process to us (we are there now for OIT). He makes sure that we are always on the same page, whether it is guiding us during the peanut desensitization process or interpreting the results of food allergy testing.. He is so kind and friendly to my son as well who is 5 years old. I would highly recommend!

Very disappointed with how we were misled on testing. I have 2 children with peanut allergy iand came in for both children. the test results were iinconsistant. Their only explanation would be to more testing. Appointments had to be separate Having 2 children it was very inconvenient to have to schedule 2 different appointments. They were not accommodating. Your appointment time reset ahead several months. Right before my next appointment I was calls he told they needed to cancel

I have been a patient of Dr Bell for over 20 years. He is knowledgeable, he listens to my feedback on how I am doing, and his treatment plan has been reasonable, not overwhelming, and effective. Dr. Bell has treated two of my kids as well. I had an emergency situation last year and the practice was amazing and got me in immediately. He has always answered my questions thoroughly. One drawback, the office can be bureaucratic at times now that it is part of a large practice.

I had a pleasant experience. Much better than Dr. O's office in Mt. Kisco in all areas. Its a very busy office and doctor, but EVERY allergist's office out there is. Plus, they offer OIT which to me means they are very progressive and on top of the latest treatments for food allergy children. Sue is always friendly on the phone and the nurses are great with my little guy. Dr. Bell is knowledgeable and a good doctor. Maybe not the friendliest but I don't mind as long as my son is cared for.

Unfriendly, rude to his staff and to us as a patient. Unwilling to listen to reason and lectured us instead of speaking with us or to us.

Unpleasant experience with Dr. Bell. He doesn't explain things well, is a bit condescending and tries to test you for as much as he can to charge the insurance company as much as he can. It's quite a racket.
