He saved my life but finding cancer in my lower left lung at stage one. I am so grateful to him.

I highly recommend Dr. Axel
I have been seeing him since 2010 and can tell you he is very thorough and meticulously detailed. He is a little querky which makes him even more likable so with his excellent care, yes I highly recommend him.

Good Dr.
Dr.Axel actually takes the time to sit down and look you in the eyes and talks to you to where you understand him and what he is explaining to you and your problems. Unfortunately now a days healthcare profession is not what it use to be. It's great to find a Dr. that shows interest in your well being. I find that in Dr. Axel.

Office staff is terrible. After waiting a month for my follow up, I missed a call from them the day before demanding confirmation of the appointment. When I returned the call a few minutes later, they had closed their phones and gone to lunch. I can't make calls during work hours, so I had to wait till first thing the next morning but it was too late, they had cancelled me! It's bad enough Dr. Axel doesn't like to look at his patients, but office staff that uncaring doesn't cut it for me.

Dr. Axel prescribed an inhaler that has improved my deeper breathing. Also, the inhaler or combination of inhalers allows me to cough productively...a huge relief. Dr. Axel openly invites me to call anytime if I have more serious lung problems.

Very frustrating appointment. Felt like I was talking to a robot. Doctor has no bedside manners at all. Had try to force him to listen to us and not just give diagnosis based on intake forms he had staff enter into database. He did not get enough history to understand my problem at all. Be prepared, he talks extremely loud and rudely dictates to a computer while sitting with you. We heard everyone else's diagnosis while waiting for our appointment. They will hear yours. Waited a long time for t
