Extremely long waiting time. Average 45 min. before you even get in, then another 15 min before you see Doctor. Also, Uncomfortable seats in waiting room. They over book the appointments.

office is outdated and looks dirty.Staff aren't very friendly. I was not asked if I had seen other dermatologist before so my rosacea which is what's causing my acne wasn't addressed instead he popped one, I was then told a mole that I've had for years needed to be removed and id have to come back for my acne and for the mole removal (he can't do it the same day ?) Overall I feel he's just trying to get money i went somewhere else mole is fine, I wasn't left in the room and problem solved .

I had to get a cherry angioma removed from my face. Dr. Wininger was able to do it successfully and with no scarring on my face which was a huge success to me!

Waited for over an hour in a gown before finally leaving. The fact that he triple booked just showed me how professional he was. I agree the office is pretty gross.

Should seriously retire and leave the practice. Out dated and dirty office. Staff is very unprofessional rude. Inappropriate jokes made by staff and doctor. Made my wife very uncomfortable. Appointment was for me and my son. He asked to see my son first then after he was done, he asked if my son and wife can leave the room. He wanted to see me alone? Made me put gown on. I went for face acne and scalp acne. he checked my scalp only and said i have to come back to check my face. Terrible!

I wouldn't recommend him to anyone I cared about. Now I no why I got a next day appointment while other dermatalogists were backed up weeks. Rooms where you are seen are so outdated I saw no signs of technology. Staff was wise guys making inappropriate jokes about patients concern. I was horrified when I read his reviews on Vitals and other sites. Thank you for sites like these.
