He's the third ENT I've seen in our area and impressed me the most. He looked at my records and notes before the appointment. Made me feel heard and seen. Answered all my questions and went through my ct scan in detail with me along with examinating me on his own in great detail. I felt he was very honest and cares about his patients. The appointment felt like I was his number one priority and wasn't rushed or brushed over like previous doctors I have gone too. I would highly recommend seeing him.

My son, who never complains about pain, woke up screaming in the middle of the night holding his ear. I called to schedule an appointment at our normal place and it was going to be a week to get in. Luckily, Dr. Slezak offered to see us that day between patients. He quickly figured out what was wrong with my sons ear, and patiently answered my sons ten million questions. We didn’t feel rushed, even though we didn’t even have a real appointment. The follow up appointment was just as good. I will recommend Dr Slezak to all my mom friends!

This is one awesome Dr. ! He made his diagnosis, and explained everything to us with much patience and clarity. We will always recommend him to anyone who may need his assistance. I can't imagine seeing anyone else but him.

Not very personable. Never said my name. Kept calling me Maam (I'm 59). I expressed my concerns about the pain involved with cauterizing my nose and he didn't really say much.
