Terrible Doctor and Staff
I hope my review and this information helps someone else or maybe even saves their life. I received my referral to see this doctor on 02/18/2022 and it took me calling over and over until 03/04/2022 only to be told that the doctor would not see me because there is not treatment for chronic Epstein-Barr per Trina who called me and the doctor. Note: there is a treatment for chronic Epstein-Barr (stem cell therapy) and it is completely irresponsible and reckless for this doctor's office to be telling people untruths. I asked Trina if I could please at least see the doctor so he could explain to me the results from my antibody profile (labs) and she said she would not schedule an appointment. The only positive experience I had was with the scheduler named Angela. She was wonderful, caring and worked hard throughout the day yesterday to get the proper paperwork to the doctor to review, so he and Trina could tell me they wouldn't even see me.

Him and his nurse don't show any concerns are care for the patient, he is a horrible Dr. Don't know what he is doing, so he make excuses and brush you of if you tell him his plan of care is not working, and will tell you he don't know what else to do, he shouldn't be seeing patients at all. Not a good Dr at all

This is the doctor that decided we can no longer have in person visits due to the 99% survival rate of covid-19. So no more in person care. I don't know how a doctor can properly diagnose without checking the ears, nose or throat. Or listening to a heartbeat or lungs of a patient. This is insanity!
