Just trying to get an appointment. I needed a new pcp and my Medicare part C plan said this Dr. Is in network and taking new patients. I called last week and they scheduled an appointment for August. Then they called back and said because I'm on Medicare, I have to be interviewed first. ???? She said someone would call me back but nobody has called me. When I called a 2nd time, I was told someone would call me. Still waiting. Everytime I call the phone number, I have to wait 10 minutes for someone to answer. Now I know it's crazy right now with the covid virus but why do I have to be interviewed because I'm on Medicare before I can get an appointment. Never had to do this before with other Doctors.

My experience with Dr weeks is great if I can get in to see him for emergency situations. The first time I had emergency the front desk could not/ would not pull me in for a sick visit. I had a terrible UTI but I was told no appointment. I went online and guess what, I found an available slot for the very next day. It took Dr weeks minutes to test my urine sample, confirm and write script. The meds didn't work. UTI is back so i called again, no appointment until February. I was advised go to urgent care. I was insulated and disappointed. Urgent care where there is zero privacy and a $50 copay. What good is it to have a primary dr if you can't see him for an emergency. At this point I will be looking for a new primary physician, it seems Dr weeks is so busy he has no time for a sick visit.

Dr Week has always been very professional. He explains everything in great detail and is never in a hurry to get you out of his office. He puts his patients first which at times with other doctors they are in a hurry to get to the next patient. He explains everything in great detail where you understand what he is talking about. He even goes the extra mile to answer all your questions even if it is something new that was not addressed previously. He is a wonderful doctor and a patient doctor who puts his patients first. I enjoy having him as my primary care doctor. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a caring doctor. Thank you for your great patient care and your understanding of your patients needs.

I have been a patient of Dr Weeks for six years and I can't imagine going to another doctor. He is the best! He actually listens to me when I talk to him and that's very rare. His staff is the best! They really go out of their way to take care of us! This practice is excellent!

Dr. Weeks understands something that many doctors do not. He works for me, helping me make my health and life decisions. I really enjoy the fact that he and I discuss my health, discuss any changes in my health, and what we can do to get my health back on track. I make the decisions about what I do, and he advises and guides me through those decisions. Not everyone wants to take control of their health to the level I do, but Dr. Weeks makes it possible by explaining in terms I understand.

Dr. Weeks is one of the Best doctor I've had in a long time. He's very understanding, takes time out for your overall health needs and makes referrals if needed. Without him making referrals for me I would have never known some of the things that was going on with me. His staff is also courteous and caring.
