Excellent doctor
Dr. Duncan took time to thoroughly explain the results of my MRI. He was honest, telling me surgery would not help my back pain. He gave me a variety of options for relief. He was personable and down to earth. I recommend him highly.

Dr Duncan dis carpel tunnel on both of my wrist. He & his staff are exceptional. All arm, neck & shoulder is gone. Outpatient surgery care was uneventful. No swelling, no pain. His anesthesiologist is spot on - no hangover effects after surgery. Best experience I've ever had on any type of surgery. Actually got a thank you card signed by JD & his nursers wishing a speedy recovery. Never had that before.

I'm DONE with him and his staff! Treated me nicely at first and then started lying to me and giving me the run around. Wasn't truthful would tell me one thing, I'd leave, call the office and be told a completely different thing. Was told I needed two referrals to see him when he'd ALREADY SEEN ME and ordered my neck MRI HIMSELF...but couldn't see me for it. Told me he'd do my neck surgery 3 months after my back surgery...it's 5 months after back surgery and I am needing another referral to see him for my neck and a second MRI????? Please find another dr and his staff who doesn't feel this is acceptable treatment of their patients. I have more to say about this entire nightmare, but I'd run out of characters telling you.

Had neck surgery in 2016, Dr Duncan did an excellent job. He fully explained what to expect during and after the surgery. I had a smooth recovery. The surgery was a great success and relieved my pain and headaches. I have and will recommend Dr Duncan to everyone who needs his type of surgery.

Dr. Duncan has very good patient skills- he is kind, patient, and humble. He was very good at explaining all details and thoroughly answered all our questions. He seems to be very skilled at his profession. He has possibly the best communication skills I’ve seen in a medical office.
