Poor patient care
Very poor experience with Dr chang and office staff. No communication with doctor when requested. Lied to by office staff. Staff stated paperwork was filled out and being faxed a week later received a call stating they refused to send it. Unwilling to work with patient and family needs. Definitely a doctor focused on the numbers and not the patient. When discussing concerns about post op conditions staff members were more focused on scheduling an appointment a month out instead of the issues patient is experiencing at the moment. Never received call back about concerns. No sense of urgency or care

Personable, friendly and straightforward, Dr. Chang had to tell me some pretty tough news a dozen years ago - my cancer had a high Gleason (Gleeson?) score, which meant it was highly virulent and that "watchful waiting" wasn't an option. After surveying several options as far as I could, I finally elected radiation therapy near my workplace in New Milford, which worked out very well. I have a follow-up meeting with Dr. Chang every year and I'm very pleased to say I am still in remission!
