Absolutely horrible experience. I changed insurance recently, so i did not yet have a physical card in hand. i had made other appointments and gotten other things taken care of using a PDF image of my card on my phone, so i did not think this would be an issue. i waited a month and a half, and had to take a day off from work, only to be told while attempting to check in that it was "policy" to ONLY accept a physical card. thank you so much for wasting my month and a half of time. never ever coming back, never ever recommending to anyone ever. horrible.

I would recommend Dr. Darton to anyone in need of rehab or ltc she took the best care of my mom and dad. Caring, easy to talk to. Spoke plain English. Answered questions. Took time and really helped them get better!!

Maybe she is better in a one on one situation. Our experience with her in rehab was not good. My mother had a stroke and was sent to rehab upon leaving the hospital. She began to have issues urinating. (Important to note that we found out later that this is common for stroke patients and is usually transitory.) She was catheterized, but the cather was left in for almost 2 months with no reassessment performed ever and apparently no plan was made to reassess. My mother was very uncomfortable, requested to have it removed and was told no by rehab. Eventually the catheter was accidentally dislodged. My mother insisted on being allowed to try to urinate on her own. After much arguing with the nursing staff she was allowed to try. She had no difficulty urinating. The doctor had no concern for her and would have left her cathetterized forever.
