This practice has professional staff and a friendly Doctor. I recommend this office for Dermatology issues.

This is one of the best practices I have been to. They run on time, take time to truly listen to what is going on, and make you feel comfortable.

I postponed going to the dermatologist for years thinking it would be an awful experience. I'm so glad I decided to go, and more importantly that I chose them.I will go back, and refer friends!

I visited wanting a second opinion before taking medication prescribed that wasn’t what I apparently needed to start with. Dr. Chappell’s office assistant was very pleasant! I was very impressed with her knowledge. I brought in other med prescription’s and she knew immediately that they were not correct for my situation. Dr. Chappell joined us, and he took one look at my situation and could tell me what my issue was as well without my having to tell him the whole story. I left feeling confident that my issue had been diagnosed properly and that I’m now headed in the right direction.

I have seen this practice twice. I’m in and out of the office in under 30 min total. Very quick and thorough. Dr. Chappell is respectful and to the point. I’m on a Medicine for Psoriasis and Psoriatic arthritis Dr. Chappell got it right with the first medicine he tried me on. All cleared up now and some really good pain relief in my hands (joints) with this auto injector he has put me on. My insurance doesn’t like it to much (expensive) but with the help of Tammi, his nurse, she has fought with my insurance and has them covering it with me just having a small copay. Great practice and people. Highly recommend Dr. Chappell and his staff.

My experiences with Dr Chappell and his staff have been nothing but wonderful. I have felt respected, listened to, and will certainly be back again.

First time - The nurse was very pleasant, but I was not impressed with the doctor. He took about 2 minutes - not personable at all - I am sorry, but I thought he would take more time and ask me a few questions but barely said hello and he was out the door.

I chose this dermatology clinic based on all the great reviews, but honestly, I was disappointed. The overall level of care just wasn't what I expected. The dermatologist didn't seem interested in what I had to say. I felt unheard and rushed. Overall, the experience was mediocre. I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking thoughtful and attentive dermatological care, where concerns are taken seriously, and genuine solutions with treatments are provided rather than feeling dismissed.

I had a great experience with my visit they were able to see me the same day. The Dr and Nurse were very personable and were able to ease my concerns. Front desk employee Melanie was also extremely professional.

I chose to go to this Dr based on all of the positive reviews, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I found both the doctor and the nurse to be very unprofessional. I had to ask allof the questions and never got clear answers. I called to switch my prescription to another pharmacy and 5 days later they still didn’t bother to call it in. I’m switching back to my old derm.
