Right hip replaced 05/2014. He uses a table to turn you and doesn’t cut the muscle. Much faster recovery and easier task completion. Left shoulder 04/15. I’ve had both shoulders done & this time my wound was allowed to heal for 8 weeks then started PT. Less painful & I have same range as my other shoulder!

Dr. Wollaeger performed a complete shoulder replacement on me November 2018. The pain was gone in a couple of days. The change in my life is remarkable. I highly recommend him.

After total hip replacement and a revision 3 years later due to pain, a year after revision I'm still in pain. And he doesn't seem willing to get to the basis for my discomfort. Can not recommend.

It's been 6 weeks since my total shoulder replacement surgery. Couldn't be happier at this time. The brace/sling/torture device is off and my PT has started off well. I should be back to work at my hair salon in about 2 weeks. Would I recommend Dr Wollaeger and Meriter Hospital...YES!

Dr Wollaeger performed a shoulder arthroscopy, the surgery outcome was excellent and I wish I had get it done earlier. He is an excellent surgeon, I definitely trust him to be my surgeon.
