He's just about useless. I don't have a clue as to how he has the ability to continue to practice medicine. Laughing and making jokes about a terrified child is less than professional. Moreover, it was incredibly difficult to listen to him belittle me (the mom of said child), opposed to educating me. If I had a question, he clearly didn't want to take the time to answer it. How in the world does he keep a job? He was also the cause for my other son to be hospitalized due to Wilson's inability.
