Dr Wierzbicki in my opinion is the best Family Medicine Doctor in the VA, DC, MD Metropolitan area without exception. He is AWESOME! BIG FIVE++ STARS FOR HIM. However, I am on a conundrum, and I will explain it at the end. The Nurses who work with him is a hit and miss with them. During one a couple of my visits in the past 12 months, their customer service was poor. The Administrative Staff. What can I say, they hit rock bottom and started digging. About a I called for an appointment with Dr. Wierzbicki and I was given an appointment 16 days later. Are you F* Kidding. They suggest I go an Urgent Cares. So if every time a Family Doctor they recommend I go to an Urgent Care isn’t that defeating the purpose of a “Family Practice.” If you leave a message for the Dr or send an email, he never gets it, so he doesn't respond. In my opinion his Administrative Staff are MORONS who are endangering the lives of patients with their lack of care.
