doctor was great. explained things in a manner that we understood. Gave pros and cons of different treatments and then let us decide which way we wanted. He always asked if we understood what he explained. Great bedside manner.

Dr. Webster literally yelled at my elderly father in an appt when he asked questions regarding his care. After 2 previous appts with this same bedside manner we chose better care. Avoid at all costs- he will not help in fact he seems frustrated to have patients. Very disheartening!

Dr. Webster is one of the best doctors I have encountered. He suggested a second opinion following his diagnosis of prostate cancer. He sent me to Dr. Chin, another wonderful doctor, for a radiation recommendation and ultimately treatment, even though I could tell that Dr. Webster would have liked to perform the surgery himself. He explained everything very carefully and clearly and was sympathetic and caring. You can't go wrong by using his services.

I couldn't say enough to praise Dr. Webster's skill, manner, and confidence. From start to finish, a shining example of the finest one can expect from medical care.

I met with him and had my first appointment. He has a hands off approach and did nothing except stop a medication I was on. I experienced a problem after a procedure I had with another doctor and could not get in to see him due to a vacation he was on. He did not tests to see if my problem still existed.

Was very pleasant, made me feel relaxed. Took care of my problem, was concerned about me took time with visit.

Dr Webster was outstanding. He was thorough with a really good bedside manner that made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.

My husband was seen by Dr. Webster+his staff for a small procedure at the Westminster facility and had an extremely unpleasant experience. They take a "one size fits all" approach and do not care or have consideration for individual patient needs, quality of care or experience. The nurses would also benefit from specialized training and situational awareness of patients requests and experiences as well. You are treated as a number instead of a patient or person. Their sole focus is one standard of care for everyone, no exceptions. If you do not like it or are uncomfortable you should just cancel your procedure (while you are being prepped). They do not take personalized approaches for care and are not up to speed on modern day practice and options. Very old school mentality. If you are looking for top of the line care and experience I would avoid this facility and their staff as a whole. Do your research, be informed, you have options!

I just had my first "virtual" visit with Dr. Webster (because of COVID-19). This is the second time I've met with him. All I can say is that I am so very grateful that my Primary recommended him. He listens, gives his recommendations, provides options, and explains "why." I trust him and his expertise, and I feel reassured after talking with him. Thank you Dr. Webster.

I was referred to Dr Webster by my primary care physician. I had been experiencing a rising PSA score for approximately 3 years. Knowing PSA tests are not highly reliable for detecting cancer, Dr Webster and I agreed we'd not rush to judgement nor treatment. I am one who investigates all options thoroughly. Long story short it eventually became clear to me that I needed to have surgery to remove my prostate. From the first time I met Dr Webster, through biopsies, genetic testing, discussions, surgery and post-surgery, he has been fantastic. He speaks clearly and honestly, provides options, takes his time to explain procedures, and is also simply a very nice man. My surgery was successful, and I experienced zero pain post-surgery. I feel fortunate to have met Dr Webster, and my wife and I are thankful for his guidance, and especially his excellent surgical skills. I am very happy with the outcome of my surgery and highly recommend Dr Webster.

I was referred by my PCP to Dr Webster. Had a Robotic Assisted Sacrocolpopexy could not had a better outcome and better quality of life. Dr Webster has the best bedside manners to mysef and family..

Do not go to Dr. Webster for any of your problems or needs. 1. He won’t have any time for you anyway and will probably make his assistance help you and you will have to wait weeks upon weeks for any help and 2. He acts like he truly doesn’t care So do yourself and favor and go somewhere else and get what ever you need done, done

Before selecting Dr Webster as my urologist, I did lots of online research. Most Urologists under the Cigna plan had recurring comments that indicated consistent service quality issues. Dr Webster had the most consistent high marks by all reviewers. I was not disappointed! My procedure went as smoothly as possible and Dr Webster was a joy and a privilege to work with. I would not hesitate to send friends and family to see him. A class act.

Dr Webster is an extremely skilled surgeon. He performed a tricky robotic procedure on my right kidney with the best possible outcome and no complications. He is very knowledgeable and thorough with an excellent support staff. Questions are responded to in a timely manner. I can highly recommend him and on a scale of 1 to 10 would give him an 11 if I could!

Upon moving to Colorado from Virginia, I was referred to Dr. Webster by my internist, for follow-up care for a pre-existing problem. I think he has been great! I never feel rushed; he is a good listener; he explains well; offers a thorough diagnostic and treatment plan; discusses options with the pros and cons to each; allows me to participate in the decision process. Even more important and very striking to me, compared to some physicians, is that he really and sincerely seems to care.

Dr Webster helped me last year. I had significant anxiety due to my issues. He made me feel normal, explained everything and showed how much he cares. I am now having another issue. There is no way I will go to a different Urologist. In my mind, I’ve gotten the best one.

Nice guy, excellent work. Solved a decade's old issue easily. Recovery went better than expected. The entire process from initial consultation through the surgery to the followup was painless (no pun intended). Would certainly recommend Chris to anyone. Thanks Chris for the excellent work.

The doctor was very professional in every way. All of the nurses and staff at Longmont hospital were the best and most compassionate. The ease of the surgery and recovery were very surprisingly easy considering the extent and complexity of the surgery. Follow up at the office is always very efficient with the procedures after the surgery.

I would highly recommend Dr Webster. As a women it is never easy to see a Dr for urological problems. Dr Webster was very caring and did not rush through explaining the medical options available. After having tests he explained every option for me. Before and after surgery he was very caring and truly did take the time to know me as a person. It was nice to have a Dr that cares about his patients. He also has an excellent medical staff that assist him, a thank you to them too.

I would highly recommend Dr. Webster based on my experience seeing him over the past four years for treating BPH. He always listens carefully to concerns and questions. I also like his conservative treatment approach, not rushing to recommend surgery but rather relying on constant monitoring and to clearly outline the various treatment options and potential risks.
