Dr. John Waldman, DMD

I have been a patient of Dr. Waldman's downtown office for over two years. I recently switched over to his Squirrel Hill office. Kathy who works the front desk is incredibly rude. Well today Dr. Waldman showed his true colors too. I went to have crown placed and called prior to confirm my appointment. So when I arrived for today's visit, Dr. Waldman informed me that "We're all adults here, you will not be called to confirm your appointments, and do not call here to confirm them." Unbelievable! I have paid this man thousands of dollars, and he and his staff thinks it's acceptable to speak to his patients this way. I have never experienced anything like this from someone who claims to be a professional. Don't waste your time or money with these people. There's plenty prosthodontists in the Pittsburgh area who actually are professionals and treat their patients with respect.

This man is legit. I am extremely picky, yet have full faith and trust that this guy will think through every necessary step and situation to come up with the best outcome. His cosmetic work is great. I am a difficult patient and yet I am happy with him and he somehow puts up with my extreme anxiety towards dental work.

I came to Dr. Waldman with a perplexing dental problem. I was experiencing pain daily for over a year. It was very troubling to me because I had been trying to get answers for all the discomfort that I was experiencing for a year. When I met Dr. Waldman he listened, cared and believed me. Dr. Waldman diagnosed what the cause of all the pain was stemming from immediately. I was so relieved and thankful. Dr. Waldman is a dentist that truly cares about his patients and their dental needs. Charlotte, Lynn and Debbie are so nice and made me feel so at ease at my visit. I am so happy that I now have an excellent dentist!

I was so grateful to find Dr. Waldman in downtown Pittsburgh. He and his staff were so friendly and professional. He did excellent work on my teeth! I couldn't be more happy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Waldman for over forty years. Dr Waldman has treated me for general dental health and for special needs when necessary. For specific needs outside Dr. Waldmans' expertise anyone he has recommended has done an excellent job. Dr Waldman's office is professional, caring, efficient and welcoming. They always schedule appointments at the patient's convenience. Dr Waldman's office is also very professional, efficient and helpful when processing insurance claims.

Dr. John Waldman can literally redesign your smile! I grew up in Pittsburgh; however, a job relocation took me away from the city. My "smile," has kept me traveling back to Dr. Waldman for all my esthetic and dental restorative needs. Dr. Waldman and his team are always kind and accommodating to my schedule whether it be an evening, a holiday, or a Saturday. He uses all the latest advanced technologies, techniques, and materials. No case is too challenging and he has a great sense of humor!

Pretty bad when a dentist becomes angry when a tooth breaks. Staff is rude. But this comes from the dentist.
