Doctor is AMAZING with a wonderful demeanor & ability to explain issues clearly. I visited him in the Edwardsville office where they are nice. However, dealing with any office personnel from Swansea is less than desirable. They lack patience and will gladly push you to a voicemail instead of trying to get your questions answered the first time. Took me several calls and discussions to get appointments correctly set & bill payments applied. Dr Visconti 5 stars Swansea office 2 stars

I moved from the Chicago area to the St Louis metro area so transferred care to Dr. Visconti from another oncologist. Always a bit unnerving but I was happily surpised to find I much preferred him and wished I had had him for my care throughout my treatment. He listened, treated me with respect and has consitently orovided good care and treatment advice. I feel lucky to have found him.

Dr Visconti is awesome. Very caring and knowledgeable. I love the nurses and front desk staff as well. Especially like the lab employees. Being a cancer patient means getting stuck a lot. Lab staff super nice and skilled.

Doctor is very knowledgeable and and willing to thoroughly explain condition and options for treatment. Listens to patients and willing to alter treatment plan according to patient needs or wishes. Staff is ok but think they have been told not to act too friendly with patients.

I would not suggest this doctor because there is basically zero patient support. nearly impossible to communicate with this doctor or his staff. Finally went to Washington University and it was night and day.
