Dr. VanDer Schilden did a meniscal repair on me when I was 20 years old. I’m now 45, and, while I don’t have the high impact ability of some (in part because I’ve never fully worked the associated muscles), I’m still a pretty agile middle-aged woman. And I have no residual pain. I’d absolutely send my college athlete son to him, if needed.

Dr. VanDerSchilden is wonderful. He is a very caring physician that listens to your questions/concerns. I have been a patient of his for approximately 27 years so that should speak volumes. His assistant is very helpful as well. Physicians and Staff like his are hard to come by!

I first saw Dr Vander Schilden when I was a freshman at UALR with an ankle injury and then later in my Jr year when I needed Tommy John surgery. I had the utmost trust and respect for Dr V and would trust him with any ortho need that I had. To date, he has performed 2 elbow surgeries on me and the results have been outstanding.
