My wife was unable to walk from severe back pain. He refused to authorize an MRI or similar testing. She had been his patient for some time. I finally took her elsewhere and she got a new PCP and the testing she needed.

I've been seeing Dr. Tiffany for about 2 years. He's a kindly person and will listen to concerns. My main issue is getting an appointment to see him. I've been trying to get in to see him for months and there's never a time available for me so I don't have to take a day off from work. His office is technically open at 7:00am, but the staff will not answer the phone until 8:30. Why? So if I'm really ill, I end up wasting 2 work days: one to call after 8:30 to get the appt. and another to see him.

The office is horrid. My husband needed to see his PC after being hospitalized and they could not get him an appt for 5 weeks. 3 years later, my husband tried again, being quite ill, and the nurse supervisor let us know that process was more important than his health and that it would be several weeks due to the need for paperwork. DO NOT GO to a doctor who puts process ahead of the health of his patients.

He's an okay Doctor but it's almost impossible to get a staff member on the phone. I've been trying for days now, because I'm switching to a pediatrician for my son. I need to get my sons medical records and can't get anywhere with these people !
