Test results were on my ch art, but I have not been able to sign into my account. During my visit I requested a copy of the test results and felt as if I had offended Dr.Terry by doing so. Even after I recieved the copy I hadn't been given all of the complete test results. I'm going to get a official copy from my medical records. I had not seen the results of any of the other results of prior test or pictures, this has raised more questions about the plan of treatment and care recieved. I need a second opinion on my diagnosis.

The visit was a telemed visit using mychart software. At the start I could not hear sound though the mychart connection program (Epic) tested my hardware and said it was working properly. I finally checked to see what peripherals it was using for sound and it was pointing to the wrong one. After I fixed that it all went well. The test screen should display a message that tells the user that he should hear a sound when it tries the speaker and let the user know how to change the option it chose if he does hear anything.

Dr. John Terry NIS is willing to sit down and discuss test images with me. I ask questions regarding the MRAs which are done yearly to monitor conditions: something. I really appreciate. Dr T is very pleasant, friendly and understanding. I would definitely recommend him to a person who need his care.
