Dr. Talley is a very professional and thorough doctor yet very kind and thoughtful. I had to have reconstruction surgery after a double mastectomy. He explained everything so that I could easily understand and made me feel comfortable with the procedures. I had an infection come up after 6 weeks of my initial surgery and he immediately tried to cure it with antibiotics. After a few days he set up a surgery to go in and rectify the problem. I have complete confidence in Dr. Talley and trust him with his recommendations.

Great surgeon!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Dr. Talley for a plastic surgery and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the initial consultation to the post-operative check-ins, Dr. Talley was attentive, patient, and highly professional. Throughout the process, Dr. Talley took the time to understand my concerns and goals, and he worked closely with me to ensure that I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. His expertise and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the procedure, and I felt confident and reassured throughout the entire process. The results of the surgery exceeded my expectations in every way. Dr. Talley truly has a gift for his craft! Overall, I cannot recommend Dr. Talley highly enough. He is a true professional and a credit to his field, and I feel lucky to have him as my plastic surgeon!

Excellent Results as Recognized by Other Doctors
Dr. Talley did a bi-lateral breast reduction in parallel with my surgeon doing a lumpectomy in January 2021 under difficult pandemic conditions. Dr. Talley explained in detail beforehand what the results could be and how rehab would go. Since the surgery, I have been seen by multiple providers who have all essentially commented on what a good job my plastic surgeon did. I only wish I could share this with him and let him know of the excellent outcome I have had.

i had a horrible experience and a got a poor result. talley was extremely condescending, making disparaging comments about mental health. and i didn’t expect the surgeon to randomly leave town quickly after my surgery. i regret trusting this practice.

An amazing, caring doctor. I am extremely pleased with my 2015 surgery results and continue to recommend Dr. Talley to everyone I know that wants a positive plastic surgery experience. Surgery and consultation fees are very reasonable as Dr. Talley takes the necessary time and dedication to achieve the best results possible. Dr. Talley is attentive, kind and truly professional.

I have done my first breast reconstructive surgery after bilateral mastectomy with Dr .Talley shortly before he moved to Arizona. His departure was a surprise to me. I had to find another surgent to finish the second part (exchange) surgery. But that was the least of my problems. As it turned out after 5 sailine injections into my breast expanders (that suposingly should create the skin pockets for the implants) my nipples were turning downwards. I did tried to address this issues to my nurse and future surgeon many times, but no one was hearing me. My breasts rightnow, looks like male bodybilder's chest (pecks). My futher surgeon said there is nothing that can be done. I went to different medical group and saw surgeon who explained me that too much skin from bottom of my breasts had been cut off that's why my breasts look so awkward. I moved to different medical group and will had to go through 2 more surgeries to correct what was done by Dr. Talley. Unfortunately, I been failed.

Dr. Talley moved to Tucson... where I scheduled a consultation... his office staff failed to mention the $50 consult fee... so I asked, when there, for a ballpark of the procedure I had already had 3 quotes on... Dr Talley's rates were 2-2.5 times higher than any of the previous quotes I received. A waste of my time... unprofessional... hold on to your wallet!

I met with Dr. Talley regarding a small but important procedure. He made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease during the consultation, taking great care to assess the situation delicately. He was very "present" throughout the appointment and took his time to answer all my questions - he even called me back that same evening to follow up with some information regarding next steps. Since the consult he has been accessible and very helpful as I make my decision - I am very thankful.
