Excellent at responding quickly when contacted. He makes sure all my questions are answered and that I am satisfied when I leave the appointment. An excellent doctor who I highly recommend.

I would never recommend this horrible doctor!
CC/AGMC scheduler scheduled a same day apt. to see Dr. Sutton as a new patient. My phone call was at 9:00 am to set a 4:00 apt the same day. When at my apt, the intake person said, Sir your appt. is scheduled for tomorrow at 4:00. I said, that's wrong, my apt. was made this morning. I said, I just drove 90 mins. and I know my apt. is today. She said let me check with Dr. Sutton. She came back and said he is reusing to see you. Zero explanation why! Other than I can not see him until tomorrow, she told him I drove 90 minutes. I went to the ER in the same building because I could barely walk, diagnosed with Achilles tendinitis. I received a requested call back from the office manager, Krista Guth, the following day after she had called the apt. center and verified with them prior to calling me that I actually did have an apt. the day before at her office and the scheduler somehow messed up. She was wonderful and extremely apologetic for the mistake. Horrible doctor and service!
