We have been going to this office for 14 years. We have always found Dr. Stafford to be a good listener, thorough and to address the problems we came in with. It is true there is usually a wait, but the staff are honest about telling you if there is a backlog and how long the wait is. Came in with a neighbor once who had cut his hand badly on a hedgetrimmer. The hand was stitched on the spot . Would recommend this doctor and his PA!!

Looooong waits because they are ALWAYS beh8nd schedule for an appointment

He incorrectly diagnosed several illnesses. He doesn’t seem to have a good comprehension of medicine.

Waited over 2 hours from my scheduled appointment Dr. ? Stafford walked in the room and acted like he didn't care , I think he need's to retire . Staff friendly but incompetent and will not help me with My Pzizer Patient Assistance Program . One of his employees is a liar tells me she call Pzizer when she does not . I have told Stafford and he becomes deaf all of a sudden , pretty funny ! You don't fool me Stafford that is so rude and incompetent ! Also one of his nurses tries to Gaslight you

If you cannot get an appt with his PA's you'll be at LEAST 60 minutes behind schedule with Stafford. There's no such thing as an emergency appt, they will tell you to go to Med Express instead. (kidney infections, flu season, bronchitis, it doesn't matter, go to ER or MedExpress)

I have no complaints. office is organized the MA's are nice and Dr Stafford and Eugene Preston are awesome!

Was seeing Dr Stafford for a year and went in once every three months for check up and prescription reliefs and over the course of that same year I just started to feel sicker. I was exhausted all the time with nausea, stomach aches and my sleep was a wreck. He never once tried to treat or figure out what may be causing it turns out I had Kidney Cancer, anemia and none functioning gallbladder. My surgeon told me had I waited 1 more month he couldn't guarantee he would have caught it in time.

Was a patient for 6 years: office is very unorganized- I received wrong fasting instructions for procedures at least twice. It is almost impossible to get an appointment within a week, and they have, hands-down, the WORST receptionists.
