Yes, unfortunately I was supposed to see Dr. Scolaro, but I did not see him. I saw the physician's assistant. So I was a little disappointed in that. But I do have another appointment scheduled.

I had fallen down stairs. The X-rays I brought showed a broken wrist. It was very painful. They wanted me to come back on the 15th to have it checked. That wasn't medically wise. When I got home I called my own primary care Dr. He sent me to an orthopedic surgeon that same day. The orthopedic surgeon looked at the X-rays and said I needed surgery. Surgery scheduled for the 14th.

Dr John Scolaro is one of the best orthopedic surgeons that I have ever met. He is very knowledgeable and at the same time cares deeply for the patient's concerns. The nurses are very helpful too. I am very appreciative to everyone.

The reason for the delay on my appointment was because of my insurance, not approving right away. Otherwise, it was a good... Once we got the approvement, the appointment was immediate. Thank you.

The initial meeting, pre-op appointment, x-rays and lab work were great. I am however in unbearable pain after my collision and still awaiting a call from the surgery coordinator. I am getting very anxious about having to keep waiting for repair and healing to begin.

The only objection I have was sitting in the room, waiting, and waiting and waiting to see the doctor, it took almost an hour for him to come see me. That was the only bad thing. Other than that, it was fine.
