Dr. Runnels has a wonderful bedside manner and provided me excellent care. He was diligent to answer any questions I had and made sure I was informed on the care I was about to receive.

Dr. Runnels is very nice, he listens at you with patience. He clarifies any concerns you may have. He very knowledgeable. He explains the procedure from beginning to end. He comes to you and family members and give the outcome of procedure after he's finished. He follows up if necessary if you needing anything else He has a beautiful bedside manner. Appointments and procedures are quick. He's a beautiful person in every areas. Get him, you will not be disappointed

I would highly recommend Dr. Runnels he is very knowledgeable and respectful. He made me feel at home. I was very scared and wanted to back out, but he helped me get through it. He followed up before the procedure, during, and after the procedure. I was also mailed my results in the mail. I will keep going to him and would recommend him for anyone else.

I have a ulcer, and when it flared up Dr. Runnels came to my rescue. My ulcer has healed, but every visit between he asked me questions, allowing me to ask him questions and showed genuine concerns for me and my treatment program.

The night before my visit I was soooo stressed, I prayed again and put it all in God’s hands. I thanked God for directing Dr. Runnels to order the necessary tests and procedures for me, I thanked God that everything would go well, AND IT DID, Dr. Runnels walked in the room with a big smile, asked how was I doing, I said, fine now that I see your smiling face. Dr. Runnels bedside manners is awesome, my stress level eased on down to a calmness, he explained what might be going on and it would be confirmed by different procedures he was going to order for a later date. He said, you will be a new woman. I was very pleased, I had already researched what procedures I might have with my symptoms and sure enough, they were the ones he mentioned. I know I will receive the help I need, blessings

Dr. Runnels is an excellent doctor. He cares about his patients and takes the time to listen to their symptoms. I have been one of his patients for years. His staff is very nice and professional. I would (and do) recommend him to other people. If you are looking for a doctor that will go the extra mile to find out what your diagnosis is and also has a good bedside manner, look no further than Dr.Runnels.

It was my first visit and I was a bit fearful. The staff put me at ease and I felt cared for. Dr. Ruunnels was genuinely nice and my procedure went well. They called my husband days later to check on me. Excellent care.

Colonoscopy procedure went well…I was comfortable during the entire procedure. GI and associates staff are truly wonderful. Shout out to the lady who persisted in getting the procedure scheduled! Thank you!
