Poor excuse for a physician!!!!!
I will never forget the situation Dr Robinson put my husband and my family through procedures that went wrong. I am still fighting insurance bills from Franklin Woods Hospital and Johnson City Medical Center. It seems they doubled billed us. A bill over a million dollars. I bet it was easy for the great doc to cash in on that. Never will I forget or forgive!!!!!

Get a second opinion
If I could only leave 0 starts I would. My father had surgery last year and it was the most traumatic experience me and my family have gone through. Not every case is a good candidate for robotics. My dad was one of those patients. Dr. Robertson knew of all the potential issues he could have and still insisted on using robotics. Dr. Robertson nicked his bowl on the first surgery went in to repair that a couple days later than a couple more days later he had to repair his first repair. My dad had a total of 4 surgeries, and I can't count the number of procedures to try and fix what Dr. Robertson messed up. The best part is the fact that Dr. Robertson hardly ever came to check on him and see how he was doing. My father didn't eat a bite of food or drink any water for 5 weeks, he could have started eating two weeks earlier than he did, but Dr. Robertson would not communicate with the hospital and give them the orders for him to be able to eat. Dr. Robertson left my dad in the hospital to

Highly Recommended! Great Laparoscopic Surgeon!
From the time you meet him, Dr. Robertson seems like a friend. He had come highly recommended via a medical friend.Dr. Robertson was very nice in explaining my issue, an umbilical hernia. There was no rush whatsoever in the consultation. Although this issue was fairly straightforward to me, he answered any questions. In the OR, he was just as nice. Laughing and joking, even though I was his first surgery at 0700.The laparoscopic surgery left me feeling far better than I'd anticipated. This was outpatient and by the time I left the hospital, I had very little pain. Two days later, I'm feeling great! So, overall, yes, I'd highly recommend Dr. Robertson!

He was very factual about my procedure but a bit laid back. He made me feel very comfortable at the surgery center with his sense of humor. You can tell the entire surgery staff has high regards for him and can joke back with him when appropriate. Best surgery I ever had!!!! The results have been perfect.

Quick to give up if things don’t work out as he wants them to. Knowledgeable physician and kind, but if it’s a complicated case, you may want to find a physician that will spend more time and have patience with you.
